Another month gone by, and once again, it's time to honor the remarkable individuals who make up our superhero staff at Larned Elementary School!
Amanda Johnson is being named our certified Superhero Staff Member of the Month because she goes to infinity and beyond! Or, as most of us usually say, this staff member goes above and beyond his/her job description and is always willing to help others. Mrs. Johnson's commitment to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment is unmatched, and she is loved by both her students and colleagues.
🦸♀️ Mrs. Johnson's classroom is a place of learning, laughter, and growth. She sets high expectations for her students while ensuring that learning is engaging and meaningful. Whether it's through her silly antics or her compassionate listening ear, Mrs. Johnson has a remarkable ability to turn a student's difficult day into a bright one. She consistently goes above and beyond to understand and address the individual needs of each student, helping them navigate challenges and achieve success.
🦸♀️ Additionally, Mrs. Johnson is a valuable resource for her colleagues. Her willingness to share ideas and provide support creates a collaborative atmosphere where everyone can thrive. She is always ready to lend a helping hand or offer guidance whenever it's needed. LES is fortunate to have such a dedicated educator in Mrs. Johnson.
Kasey Lane is being named our classified Superhero Staff Member of the Month for her outstanding dedication to supporting our EL (English Learner) students. Her tireless efforts to meet the diverse needs of these students make her an invaluable member of our team.
🦸♀️ Mrs. Lane's proactive approach to assisting EL students ensures that they receive the individualized support they need to succeed. She is a self-starter who constantly seeks out new ways to enhance classroom instruction and address academic challenges. Mrs. Lane's ability to adapt and modify activities helps students grasp difficult concepts while fostering a sense of confidence and enjoyment in learning.
