mini grant

Giving Tuesday

Fort Larned Foundation for Education will be participating in Giving Tuesday, November 28th.  All donations will be placed in our endowment funds.  We use the interest earned from the endowment to fund our teacher mini grants.  Donations will be accepted in person or mailed to Golden Belt Community Foundation, online at godlenbeltcf.org and click donate, or drop off at a local bank on November 28.  Golden Belt has available up to $70,000 matching funds thanks to the Patterson Family Foundation.

Lead the Way

The community has a way to help private donors support our students in their achievements by investing in the future of our children.

Quality schools affect every part of our community from property values and population growth to the quality of life and desirability of neighborhoods.

USD 495 strives to provide a high-quality education for all students. This can be difficult when funding for schools is an ever-changing business. Limiting resources can mean that great ideas need a little help to get started.
