Fundamental Life Skills Day was a success at LMS yesterday. Thanks to our teachers and guest presenters for showing our students learning topics outside the classroom.
LES also had our Movie Day. Thank you PTO for providing the popcorn and pop. Also, thank you to the Theatre for allowing us to watch a movie today.

The Nightlight Book Store sold out today at LES. Our 2nd grade authors wrote several stories that they sold to family and staff. The money earned is being donated. They have worked hard on these all year.

Previously, we shared that Mrs. Fleske's class won the T-shirt design with Pawnee County EMS. Yesterday they got the T-shirts with that design and play dodgeball. Our classes who participated also got a cookie cake. Thank you for spending time with our kids.

Our Early Ed Touch-a-Truck event was a hit. Thank you to our First Responders (Fire Dept, Sheriff Dept, and Police Dept), Eakins, Froetschners, City of Larned for street sweeper, Mr. Fairchild, and Prescotts for bringing your vehicles and equipment up to LES. The kids were in heaven being able to get inside of the equipment and turn on all the sirens.
