During his Summer ESY activities, Shawn got a behind-the-scenes look at the Larned Fire and Rescue Department. Captain Rachel Hill showed him around and explained how the trucks and tools are used.

Football season has wrapped up, so the gates at the outdoor athletic facility are closed except for the northeast entrance by the Indian statue.
