Our 5th graders graduated from the D.A.R.E. Program on Friday!
They’ve spent the semester learning about healthy choices, peer pressure, and decision-making with Officer Sam Sullivan from the Larned Police Department. Three students were chosen to read their essays at the ceremony, and Tatum Stout, Kiri Clapham, and Paizlynn Denning did an awesome job in front of their friends & families! 🦁

There will be no 5th place games at today’s Keady Tournament. These were the 3:30 and 5:15 games at LHS. Plainville is unable to make the trip today because of the weather. All other games are on as scheduled. #larnedpride

We will have a full day of Basketball at the Keady Classic on Saturday. There will be a total of 8 games played. the Girls & Boys 7th & 5th Place games at the High School, and the Girls & Boys 3rd & 1st Places games at the Middle School. Come out and take in all of the action!
In the second Boys Semi-Final, Hoisington pulls ahead in the second half to defeat Larned by a score of 53-43. On Saturday, Hoisington will take on Holcomb in the Championship game, and Larned will battle St. John in the 3rd Place game.
In the first Boys Semi-Final game, Holcomb pulls away from St. John and claims the win 84-52. Holcomb advances to the Championship game and St. John will play in the 3rd Place game on Saturday.
