Students in Ms. Polston's 6th grade science class made pizza box ovens and cooked s'mores on Thursday. The students learned about the scientific method, heat conduction, and more about variables in experiments. Way to cook, Tribe!

We are proud of this kiddo! She has been such a helper to Mrs. Dryden and Mrs. Warrick. She has been returning books to the Library that were left behind on accident around the school. Thanks for your hard work.

Don't forget tomorrow, September 5th, is picture day at LES!
After construction, the big day of testing the cranes for how much weight they can handle in Mr. Stearns's Physical Science class. The students slowly added weight to the bucket attached to the crane's arm. The team that could handle the most weight was declared champion!
