This Veterans Week, Larned Middle School was honored to have these veterans lead our morning announcements. Thank you, Chief Brian Stahlecker (US Coast Guard), Dr. Jon Briel (Capt., US Army), Staff Sergeant Douglas Lawson (US Army), and Specialist John Pritchett (US Army), for your service and for inspiring our students with your dedication. 🎉 Back in August, we drew names of lucky teachers for a special prize: an afternoon off with an administrator stepping in as their substitute! Recently, our elementary principals, Mrs. McGurk and Mrs. Keith, took their turn—they stepped into Mrs. Hagerman’s and Mrs. Stahlecker’s middle and high school classes, giving these teachers a well-deserved break. It looks like everyone enjoyed the change! We’re so grateful for our dedicated teachers and supportive administrators! #larnedpride #bettertogether
