LHS is tearing up the highway from here to Topeka this week!! JAG seniors visited the Capital yesterday and got to take a tour to the top of the dome ⬆️ and also a historical tour!📜 They even got to meet a state representative! #larnedpride

The Wichita Children's Theatre Touring Co. performed for our LES students today! Kindergarten through 2nd grade saw "The Three Little Kittens" and 3rd grade through 5th grade saw "Yankee Doodle". The Three Little Kittens was a musical comedy about three ornery kittens learn many life lessons, but most importantly, how important it is to tell the truth. Yankee Doodle was also a musical comedy, but this play glorified the men and women of America and their accomplishments; ranging from the creation of the ice cream cone to Abraham Lincoln. #lesfamily #larnedpride
