Freshman/New Student Orientation
Monday, April 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. Larned High School will be hosting an orientation meeting in the high school gym for incoming Freshman and new students to Larned High School. This will be a brief meeting to help inform incoming students and their parents/guardians about the upcoming school year. Extracurricular activities, organizations and coaches will be available to answer questions. There will also be time for tours and sign-ups for activities and organizations. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the high school at 285-2151. Come and check out the exciting activities going on at Larned High School!

Larned High School is thrilled to announce the hiring of our new Head Volleyball Makenzie Harper. Makenzie currently works for the district as a Social Worker for Tri County. Makenzie graduated from Larned High School in 2014. She brings with her many years of playing and coaching volleyball. We feel she will be a great addition to the Larned High School coaching staff. #larnedpride

Due to schools being unable to attend, the high school home track meet scheduled for April 12th, has been cancelled. The high school track team will go to Spearville on April 14th as a replacement for the lost meet. Coaches will have information on that meet at a later date.

In support of World Autism Awareness Day FLES students and staff are invited to wear blue on Friday! #larnedpride


The Larned FFA competed in the SW District FFA livestock judging contest today in Jetmore. They evaluated seven classes of cattle, swine, sheep and goats and a keep/cull class of heifers. Results will be announced at a later date. #larnedpride
