Last night LES had a Merry and Bright music program with 5th grade band and several 4th and 5th graders who wanted to put in some extra practice time over the last month. They did a wonderful job. Our band has made great progress.

We have been tracking the Google Status page this afternoon as they have been experiencing various outages and issues. These outages impacted Gmail, Chat, and Chrome OS (specifically relating to Chromebook logins). Google engineering has reported that they have found the issue and are rolling out a change to resolve the issue. While it should not impact users, we are recommending that any student experiencing issues on their Chromebook should perform a complete shutdown, count to 20, then restart their computer. This will give the Chromebook a chance to reboot after the issues from today.
Our Supper with Santa was a hit! We had 172 people attend our event. Each family got a special book and photo with Santa. We will be sharing more photos soon!

LES is thankful for Diversicare. They held a raffle and donated the funds earned to our Early Ed dept to help with our events. Those funds will go towards books for the kiddos who attend our Supper with Santa and future event goodies. We appreciate it greatly! Thank you again.
