Freshman/New Student Orientation Monday, April 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. Larned High School will be hosting an orientation meeting in the high school gym for incoming Freshman and new students to Larned High School. This will be a brief meeting to help inform incoming students and their parents/guardians about the upcoming school year. Extracurricular activities, organizations and coaches will be available to answer questions. There will also be time for tours and sign-ups for activities and organizations. LMS Track Meet today is actually in Pratt at the Green Sports Complex (2007 E 6th St, Pratt, KS 67124) not at Reno Valley. The field events start at 3:30 pm, 3200m at 4:30, and other running events at 5:30 pm. Limited bleacher seating, so lawn chairs are encouraged. Limited concessions available also. Go Indians!

Today, the Larned FFA competed at the SW District FFA welding competition at Garden City Community College. The contest consisted of a general knowledge exam and fabricating a design from the plans given to competitors using 6010 and 7018 welding rods. #larnedpride





LHS Varsity Tennis scheduled for tomorrow April 7th, has been postponed due to the high wind forecast. It has been rescheduled for Monday April 25th.

The kids and staff at LES wanted to do something special for our Custodian Tatyana and her family, so we decorated her hallway with Sunflowers. What a sweet gesture!
