
The LMS 8th grade girls continued their winning ways with a 42-9 victory. The 7th boys played their best game of the season working for a hard fought 43-40 win. C team boys had great team work and came out on top with a 24-11 win over Hillsboro. Roll Tribe!!!

LES Parents and Guardians:
The water line break is fixed! We are looking forward to celebrating a successful 1st semester tomorrow with our Cupstacking Tournament and Student of the Month Zoomebly. Good morning LES parents, sorry for the late notice, but LES will not have school today. This is due to a water line break in the northern part of Larned that has caused us to have no water at the elementary school. We cannot have students attend the facility all day without water. Again, no school today for Larned Elementary School.

Just a clarification on the KSHSAA ruling to allow parents/guardians into winter sporting events. Only parent/guardian is allowed, school age children are not allowed. No substitutes are allowed, you can not call and replace your name with someone else's just because you are not able to attend that game. Again it must be a parent or guardian. Please see attached clarification from KSHSAA.

For Tuesday's LMS band & 6th grade general music concert, we will have the 6th grade parents/guardians enter and sit on the southeast side of the gym. Meanwhile, 7th/8th grade parents, please enter and sit on the northeast bleachers for the show. We will have a pass list to check off as you enter the gym. Wearing fun, festive clothing is encouraged, and the show will be livestreamed on USD 495 site.

Our Staff Wish Tree is up in the office. We have had several reach out asking if we are doing this again. Feel free to call the office and we can send one home or come and we will pick it for you.
