For General Announcements, you can pick the setting that works best for you:
• Off means no post notifications, but you’ll still get emergency alerts.
• Instant means every post shows up in real time.
• Digest(default setting) means you’ll get one notification in the evening with all the posts from that day. Keep in mind, if you have kids in multiple buildings you may get multiple digests in the evening. And if the district sends a post, that’s one more digest on top of your schools.
👉 Tip: A secondary parent or guardian may want to turn off everything but emergency alerts if the other parent handles daily updates.
