We also recognized students who go the extra mile with the 'Tribe in Action Award' and celebrated those excelling in academics, attendance, and behavior with the 'Tribe Excellence Award.' We’re proud of the dedication our 7th graders bring to LMS!

Our preschoolers have been working hard on some fine motor skills this week! Cutting monster hair, beads on pipe cleaners, and so much more. We also appreciate the high school aides who come work with our students throughout the day.

Tribe Time at LES brings all our students, from K-5, together in mixed-age groups every few weeks. They gather in different classrooms to learn, share, and have fun! Our students love to get the opportunity to have experiences that normally require them to leave Larned, right in our very own town. Thank you to the Prairie Arts for continuing to bring the Wichita Children's Theatre to town for our students. The shows this year were Piggie and Gerald and School Days.
