What a fun way to learn about scale factors! Mrs. Upson's 7th grade math class brought candy wrappers to school last week. They had to measure their wrapper, decide how much bigger they wanted their candy to be, and then they did the math. (Nutrition facts and all!) After that, they got to work and created their wrappers on a much larger scale! #larnedpride
LES wants to thank our PTO for donating popcicles and Doerrs for donating the pop-its that our students and staff handed out at the Homecoming Parade. The rain didn't stop the fun!
