We really do think our staff are all that and a bag of chips. #larnedpride

Order in the court! ⚖️ Our third graders stepped into the courtroom (via Zoom!) for a mock trial in recognition of Constitution Day. Thank you to Miss Fairchild for sharing pictures! #larnedpride #lesfamily #learningisfun

Beth Millan would like to nominate Craig Lyman for the Orange Spot recognition. Mr. Lyman did some research on SpongeBob characters because he knew that Shawn gets a kick out of them. He came in early to write a good morning message for Shawn to start his day, using Shawn's famous words: "Have a good day!" He truly made Shawn's day. Thank you, Mr. Lyman. #larnedpride

Orange spot - I would like to nominate Mrs. Polston, the 7th grade science teacher at the middle school. She was so kind and awesome to my class and allowed them to attend her "pencils in a bag" experiment. They had a great time!

Picture day is serious business… unless you’re channeling Bob Ross. Then it’s a masterpiece. 🎨 #larnedpride

See, 6 7 day isn’t that hard to figure out! 🤣🤷🏼♀️

Tonight’s JV football game vs. Hillsboro (Mon., Sept. 15) has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled. #larnedpride
Digging for artifacts… but make it cookies! 🍪
Sixth graders finished their archaeology unit with Mrs. Nicholson by carefully uncovering chocolate chips. No broken artifacts allowed! Winners from each class got to celebrate with a whole package of cookies. #larnedpride #learningisfun

Our LES staff deserves an orange spot shoutout from the Title Team! They have been incredibly flexible and patient during the beginning of the year testing. We appreciate your patience more than you know. LES ROCKS! #orange spot #title #lesfamily #larnedpride

Are you tired of us blowing up your phone? 😅 We only want to stay in touch about the little people you love most. The good news is you can customize your ParentSquare notifications!
For General Announcements, you can pick the setting that works best for you:
• Off means no post notifications, but you’ll still get emergency alerts.
• Instant means every post shows up in real time.
• Digest(default setting) means you’ll get one notification in the evening with all the posts from that day. Keep in mind, if you have kids in multiple buildings you may get multiple digests in the evening. And if the district sends a post, that’s one more digest on top of your schools.
👉 Tip: A secondary parent or guardian may want to turn off everything but emergency alerts if the other parent handles daily updates.
💡 Our honest opinion: Just download the app and choose push notifications. They’re the least bothersome and easiest way to stay in the loop. Hope you find this helpful! #larnedpride
